Before Cleaning: Safety First

Always ensure the shade is powered off before you start any cleaning. You can do this by removing the batteries from the remote control as a precaution.

For Routine Dusting

Use the soft brush attachment on your vacuum cleaner. Gently run it over the fabric on a low suction setting to remove surface dust. A clean, dry microfiber duster also works well for weekly maintenance.

For Spot Cleaning Stains

Dampen a soft, white cloth with cool water and a small drop of mild dish soap. Wring it out thoroughly. Gently dab at the stain; do not rub harshly. Immediately follow with a cloth dampened with plain water to rinse. Allow the fabric to air dry completely.

Critical Motor & Headrail Care

Never spray any liquid, cleaner, or steam directly onto the shade. When cleaning, avoid getting moisture near the top headrail where the motor is housed. Wipe only the exterior of the headrail with a dry cloth.

Regular dusting prevents buildup between the dual fabric layers. Always make sure the shade is completely dry before you restore power and operate it.
