How long will it take to be received?
Custom orders are usually received within 7-10 business days and are both shipping and production time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking numbers. Kindly note tracking information for wears shall be available after three days.
What are the conditions for requesting a refund or an exchange?
You can request an exchange if the shade is not as you expected or is the incorrect size. Shades that are custom-made cannot be returned in the event of a defect with the materials or workmanship. If there are any missing components of your package, please notify us immediately. Any claims have to be made within 30 days of purchase.
