If the reomote does not control the motorized blinds,check as follow:

• Did the motorized blinds and remote connect to the batteries?

• After confirming Question 1, please switch channels and try to move up and down (each channel for press the button to test).

• If you still can't control after trying, please re-code the blinds and remote.

For code operations:

Use a pin to insert into the small hole(beside the charging hole of the motorized blinds) to click the button, press and hold for about1~3 seconds until the red light flashes, then release it.

Open the power box on the back of the remote, use a pin press the "learn"button about 1~3 seconds, release it.

Re-press the button in the small hole(beside the charging hole of the motorized blinds) shortly; After the re-code is completed, you can control motorized blinds with remote. If is not yet, please re-do the code step.
